Founder & CEO - Reyna Ventures LLC
Manny is a U.S. Army veteran, real estate operator, and business advisor with direct ownership experience across long-term, mid-term, and short-term rental assets. He built Reyna Ventures from the ground up - acquiring, financing, and operating every asset in the portfolio himself before scaling into third-party management and investment advisory.
Before founding Reyna Ventures, Manny led PMO engagements in banking and healthcare IT, including building Frost Bank's internal PMO from scratch. That background in structured program execution, financial controls, and institutional reporting directly shapes how Reyna Ventures operates today - systems that hold up, numbers that are defensible, decisions that are data-driven.
Manny holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and is completing a Doctor of Business Administration with research focused on AI-driven applications in real estate operations and asset management. As a member of the Comanche Nation and disabled veteran, he operates Reyna Ventures with a clear standard: accurate numbers, honest insight, and execution that actually moves assets forward. His work has been featured in Business Insider and BiggerPockets.
